S Shadi Khalil New member Dec 23, 2014 #23 I always load mags to capacity but won't use a +1 if it takes force to seat the mag. My EDC (M&P 9c) requires a real good slap to seat the mag so I only carry 12. However, my 17 round back up mag does not need any type of force.
