any NAA Companion owners?

BP NAA earl

i have been really liking the blackpowder earl, i think i might get one someday. it reminds me of an 1863 Remington pocket, the faux Remington loading lever, the top strap, the spur trigger, the grip, the octagon barrel. it just seems like a really cool little hog leg!

Got it! I ordered from Midwest Hunters Outlet as well. Luckily it was on my doorstep when I got home. I took it out and shot it. What a fun little gun to shoot.
The CCI caps I tried were a very tight fit. I'm going to try the reccomended Remingtons next time. I had some Pyrodex fffp on hand and after about 15 rounds I was hotting soda cans from 15 feet away.

it's fine if that's all you had, through trial and error i discovered that my handgun likes Triple Seven. it gets really great velocities and shoots quite flat considering what it is! and one of the best parts, even though it's expensive one pound will last you practically forever! it only takes a little bit of powder, about 25 grains per cylinder for all the chambers to be filled. i found i can take the 25 grain spout on my flask and fill all my chambers with it. i just guesstimate, when plinking it's not that big of a deal if you are 1/10th of a grain off.
