Any guns with "full size" slides but "subcompact" grips?

A while back, we bought my wife a Sig P320 in Compact. It's a 4" (3.99" according to their specs). We also bought a sub-compact gripframe for it. It is a good balance of slide/barrel length vs grip size. I personally would prefer the regular compact gripframe, or maybe even the carry size, but it seems to be quite easy to hide for her with the sub-compact gripframe.
Are all P320 SC frames rounded in the trigger guard, vs. squared-off like the larger models? It looks like you'd need two holsters depending upon which frame you're using? That's irritating.

Does the subcompact frame still accept extended magazines?

My wife's P320 Sub-Compact has a rounded trigger guard and a rail. There is no issue with the Sig furnished paddle holster, a leather belt holster, or any other holster we have, including an IWB Kydex holster that I made for it. All of them work just fine with either gripframe. The only holster issue would be if the Streamlight TLR2-G light/laser is mounted on the compact frame. While the sub-compact frame has a rail, it's too short for the TLR2. We have 12, 15 and 17 round mags that all fit just fine.
