Another reason to like revolvers

The 65-2 is a sweet shooter. Very accurate.
My collection (all S&W):

649-5.
686-4 2.5 in.
65-2 4 in.
19-3 6 in.

So far. I hope one day to add a 686+ 4 in, along with a 66, 13, whatever S&W's I can find as I get the money.
 
DANG i love that 6 inch half lug GP100!

Had it out yesterday with some 125gr jacked soft points over 21.5 gr of H110. (Speer says 20.0 grains is tops, but Hodgdon says up to 22.0.) Awesome speed, standard deviation, and group. Actually, they were a bit slower than some remmington 125gr factory ammunition had bought to clock and compare, but the group was marginally better with the handloads.

I do some 140gr cowboy loads that sput out of that GP100 with no muzzle rise at all; but these yesterday had a concussion off that H110 that blew my eyeballs back. Can't do that span of loads with any autoloader.

Hafta try somma them now in the Winchester 94 lever gun. Should get the most out of that H110.
