Lose the EAA and the Auto-Ordnance??
Not a big fan of 1911s, I'm guessing...
Not a big fan of EAA, myself. Was my last purchase. Came with adjustable sights that apparently aren't adjustable enough. It still shoots a bit higher than point of aim. Gunna have to fiddle with it a bit, when I get a chance.
Already have a Sig P229 in 9mm. My dad's got it. He doesn't know it yet, but I'm giving it to him. Probably gunna get the P220. Still want "a high quality 'sexy' gun"... Preferably an auto. Maybe a Deagle... Maybe in gold...

You mentioned Kahr, great small weapons, I'd love to get the MK40 but the wife thinks we already have enough weapons:(, well we probably do but it wouldn't hurt to have just one more:D. As to a wheel gun, I say look at a Redhawk, heavy, built like a tank but in the right hands what a weapon. I've owned a 7 1/2" for over 20 years, it's never failed to fire and it's just as tight as the day I bought it.

So... Say you've got a CZ 75, an EAA Witness in .45, and an Auto Ordnance 1911. What would you get to finish your collection. $2,000 limit.
Considering a Sig P220... Also, a Coonan. Maybe something to CC IWB...

Finish?

Thanks for the input. I've decided to finish my collection with a Ruger Redhawk in 45 colt, a Kahr K9, and a high end 1911 (probably a Les Baer Premier 2)... After all that, I'll start a rifle collection..

And yes, I know... The list just keeps getting longer....

That sounds good to me. Had Ruger Redhawks come out with 45 LC when I bought my 44 I might have gone that route considering the 45 could be hopped up due to Redhawks great strength.
