I'll bet this mayoral candidate went to the same school as Joycelyn Elders, the Surgeon General during part of Clinton's administration. In a speech I heard her say we need to have safer bullets.

The proposed tax is $1 per bullet. So your 50 round box of 9mm would cost $65.
