An odd question

I enlisted in the Guard when I turned 17 and spent weekends with other delayed enlisted folks like me doing PT and such before we left for BASIC, OSUT in my case.

My go to war weapon was an M-4A1 with a -203 slung underneath.

I would take my m1A and the 240B any day of the week. marksmen skills are universal. Once you learn and implement your basic fundamentals you are golden.

I'm pushing 65, I doubt I'll be going to war but if some weird circumstances they decided to take old men, I'm pretty sure the Army would tell me what my go to war rifle would be and probably give me one.

I'm past the 65 mark, but if they did decide to take old men, I just hope it would be something that didn't hurt my shoulder.:D

I would use my lever action 357 magnum because it is very fast handling and I have shot it for nearly 30 years now. I know its not all tacticool and limited on the mods you can put on it but it is the one I would trust.

My back up would share the same caliber so I could swap back and forth as needed.

I only have 1 gun, aMosin Nagant 91/30. Not the most tactical rifle on the market, but it will blow a hole in body armor at how many hundreds of yards?;)

Sks & wasr10
Mak90 & full auto uzi
240B & 1911(too much call of duty? I think so)
Sks & maverick m88 w/polychoke

Think you play to much video games.....
How about if youre a rifleman you carry a rifle...
99% of war is humping around being miserable. Have fun carrying multiple firearms that are useless any ways. Ill take the lightest rifle I can find with around 10 mags of ammo.

Something you own... well, I think I'd Jesse James it up in that case with a plethora of single-action revolvers. can you say blaze of glory?

a 240B weighs 27 pounds empty and w/o tripod, good luck sneaking around with that :D
