Regarding "explosive decompression":
It doesn't exist.
You reduce pressure quickly, as in the altitude chamber, and yes, airborne moisture will condense briefly. However, nothing explodes. You will get hypoxic (symptoms vary, I'm a happy drunk myself, right up to passing out if they don't get the mask on soon enough).
But putting a bullet hole in a pressure vessel would only cause the outflow valve(s) to close fractionally as the cabin altitude controller compensates.
You know the scene in "Goldfinger", wherein the JetStar enters a spin (with sound effects!) after the gunshot? There may have been Pussy Galore, but aerodynamically, it was pure horse****.
