Ammo for maximum damage?

just for kicks awhile back I used a jewelers saw to saw an 'X' in some cast slugs for .32acp, .380acp and 9mm Para and loaded 'em up.
you oughta see what those did to wet phone books.
I favor Golden Sabres for jacketed. they do some BAD damage.
