Am I the only one with just a 22LR?

I've got the stainless 1022T, laminated stock model, with 3-9x Swift scope.

Two days ago I shot a 3-shot, 0.65" group at 25 yds with it offhand using CCI minimag HP's. (It's done better than 0.4" at 50yds from the bench with the same ammo). I needed a confidence booster after shooting a 8" group at the same distance with my .22 ruger bisley !

So far its the 1022T 3, armadillos 0.

The only changes I made to my 10/22 were
:)a titanium extractor
:)a titanium firing pin
:)an extended magazine release
:)a bolt buffer (why not?)
:)a titanium extended bolt release

:D

:(No further trigger work to lighten up the pull.
I don't have that kind of money.

Cheapest accuracy-booster for a stock 10/22

Taking off the barrel band can decrease 50 yard group size by up to 25%.

Costs nothing to try it.

Regards.

I love my 10/22! I have had it for about 12 years now and I have kept it stock. It is very accurate too!
I do have a few of the 30 round Ram Line mags for it; I bought those when they were plentiful and legal.(1988) :D

The only gripe I have is the trigger. :barf: It's VERY heavy and rough. Who knows how to remedy that trigger of mine?

I have a 10/22 too.

I think they are great, mine is as it came from the factory, I have a 2-8X32 scope and have suppressed it.

Very accurate little gun.

Orion.......

Pardon my ignorance, :o but what exactly is "Volquartzen?"
I assume they are a company that makes parts for the 10/22?
