AG Gonzales endorses more US gun control...?!

Maybe it is just a misunderstanding. We thought it was understood we were swapping our guns for their laborers. So far, we owe them, and will likely always be indebted to them.

Well my thinking is that if we had that fence, more personnel and patrols on the border Mexico might not have to worry about a large illicit flow of weapon.

But then this is largely self induced problem for Mexico since they don't seem to be in favor of a secure border...so I shed no tears for them.

While some might be tempted to give Gonzales a "pass" since he was parroting his boss' position, Gonzales went even further, indicating that gun control was a heart-felt position of his own.

He spoke of his brother, who is a Houston SWAT officer, and said, "I worry about his safety and the types of weapons he will confront on the street." Hence, he supports a prohibition on semi-automatics that, in truth, only amounts to a ban on ugly guns.

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales said Friday that Washington is taking steps to address Mexican concerns the U.S. is not doing enough to stop illegal weapons from being smuggled across the border and into the hands of brutal drug gangs.
Its tough when you have a third world, piece of cra* country on your southern border.Mexico deserves all the hell that occurs down there. Why stupid Americans continue to vacation there is beyond me.
