For just shooting and decent accuracy the American Eagle is good. I have shot about 40 rounds of it. The headstamp is 08 on the case I opened. The primer pockets are crimped, but does not take alot of reaming. Yeah, they are annealed. I shoot this in a Bushmaster BA50 (mine) and my brothers Barrett M95.
