Advice needed: difficult chambering

Datum points on shoulder are irrelevant except for off-the-lands measurements. Forget the off-the-lands stuff. I suspect you have a case length issue with all your rifles.
In most cases, diameters have nothing to do with chambering issues. Case lengths do though. SAAMI doesn't even acknowledge the PPC. Hodgdon shows the trim-to for the 6mm PPC as 1.510". SAAMI Max case length for the .270 is 2.540" -.020". That's a minimum length of 2.520".
What's your case length?

Looks like we're in the same boat even though I was in the Army , Can't swim , if I go on a cruise , I'm the one sitting in the dining room with a life jacket on .

Interesting , good find , it is puzzling though . I forget names as soon as I hear them , always asking my wife , what's their names ? She just laughs now . For some reason I remember everything on reloading . Be Well ( VN 67-68) Brother .
