A question 4 FUD: Pay attention y'all!

Going back to the original question, for me, this is the difference between concealment & deep concealment is only one round and about an inch or an inch and a half ...

... a 7-round Kahr MK9 and a 8-round Smith & Wesson 3913TSW. For those living in cooler climates, I would suspect that the concealment firearm would be something bigger but down here in the hot & humid Florida swamps, that's about as big as I can go based on the weather and my mode of dress.

Fud....such dedication.

"Let me try to explain if I was unclear. The gun is postioned just to the right (my right) of my left hip."

After rereading that a few times, it looks like you have had the gun surgically implanted. Either a true "belly gun" or somehow you have turned yourself outside in.

Sam...I may be old but at least I'm confused.

CRSam, about that ladies trenchcoat...
...we HAVE noticed, we just didn't want to hurt your feelings (plus, we had no idea what you could be hiding under there !)

:D

RH...on a bad day; 19, 36, 686, 696, FAL, Higgins 20 and a spare sheep. Good coat.

Sam...not Yosimite, no hair on top.

I'll use of the remainder of the roll today and when I have the print developed, I'll get it scanned in and post it. Until then, maybe this will help ...

The belly band goes around the waist but with the slot for the gun over by the left hip. Since it is on the left side, the barrel/slide runs down my left leg with the grip pointing toward my waist instead of toward my back -- meaning that if I were to reach for the weapon, it would be with my right hand in a cross draw fashion.

For those that did not understand (Art, Sam, just about everybody) ... they say that a picture is worth a thousand words, and as promised, here it is ...

... (OBVIOUSLY, the gun would go under the shirt & pants but if I took a photo that way, you wouldn't be able to see anything) ... The ban is wore around the waist at belt level ... The gun is positioned just to the right of the left hip in a cross-draw fashoion with the barrel/slide running down the left leg with the grip pointing toward the naval.

Does this help? Does anyone STILL not understand?

As far as having things print in light/tight clothes... Yeah, my wallet prints, and my Guardian prints in my Hedley Back Pocket holster. Stare at my A$$ as long as you want, THEN tell me which is which...

Access speed is far superior and less dramatic/visible than ANY sort of Thunder-Belly-Shirt-Tucks. I can take my gun out AND put it back without contortions.

Mighty important that if you end up NOT legally being able to cap the goblin.

Displaying a firearm is 90% effective in stopping violent crime. The bullets are for the other 10%.
