While externally resembling a 1911, the Korth PRS uses a roller locking system with a fixed barrel, much like the old HK P9S. A fixed barrel is the key to high accuracy potential.
You are welcome! I collect older Korth revolvers and acquired nine before my oldest son entered medical school, I would love to get a PRS but I have two kids in college and will have to wait until they are done with school and get one for their old father.
I got them both involved in shooting and we ran over 100,000 rounds through a S&W 22A alone. It is an investment into the next generation, to make sure our sport will not be phased out.
