A life ended before it even really began

O.K. folks, I must warn you before allowing you to read this. To prevent any damage to
your computer or related items, please remove all food and drink items from your
immediate vicinity. After reading the below item, I blew a gasket, and then some.

Taken from the New York Times yesterday

After a three day search of the Passaic River’s murky, swift waters, rescue teams yesterday found the body of a baby boy caught in debris in the rain-swollen river in Paterson.
Although an autopsy and identification procedures are scheduled for today, detectives think the body found was that of the missing 16-month-old son of a young mother, said Boris Moczula, first assistant Passaic County prosecutor.
On Saturday night, the mother, 17, "apparently distraught at her failure to find a babysitter, threw her son, Anthony, into the Passaic River" from a footbridge about three miles north of where the body was found and "went to visit a new boyfriend", the authorities said.

What the he-double hockey sticks is WRONG with some of these people? It is truly sad that so many people have so little appreciation for the gift of life. My heart breaks for that little boy who never had a chance to experience the joys and wonderment that the world has to offer. May he sit in comfort amongst the shadow of an Angels wings, and find it in his heart to forgive his mother.

Its sad to see what one ignorant human being can do to another

Especially one that cannot defend themselves  America has become nothing more than a cesspool of degenerates and murderers

What is it going to take for America to wake up and put a stop to this type of sickening bullsh** I hope the mother pays dearly for her actions and the child is probably in a better off place :(

Sorry, but my feelings about this mother is that they should tie a heavy rock to her neck and throw her in the river, if they would give back the same treatment with some of these people that do this crap to babies and other people some of this would stop. Its really a shame because there is so many couples out there that can't have children that would love to have this baby and all she would of had to do is arrange to give it away, but no she chose to kill it, this makes me want to cry. :(

Jesu...this stuff breaks my heart. My son's 2nd birthday was last month.....his middle name is Anthony. Some TFLer's have cyberly known him from 6 months old.

Though an accident, he is the best thing that ever happened to me, and his influence indirectly benefits ya'll. Damn, I'm speechless and kinda tore up. I really don't understand this.
So sad, so horribly sad.

I don't think it is going to get better. This country hasn't hit bottom as yet.I just wonder how far down it has to go before it will turn around. It should scare anyone that thinks about it.

You shold have seen her lawyer on TV. She`s just a good person who did a bad thing. /IMG] [/b][/quote]

I believe that she is a good person that did a bad thing . Now let's execute this good person and get on with life . If she is not charged with First Degree murder the D.A. should be thrown in jail forever .
I still get pissed when I think about that woman that drove her car into the water with the small children in there . South Carolina surely took care of business in that deal . I would have wanted the Death Penalty but at least they disposed of the case quickly . Of course they could have let her walk into a Wal-Mart full of all the mothers in that area . Bury what's left in a small paper cup .
If this girl in Jersey does not get death she should be rendered unable to bear another child . Even if she is given life . It seems that many states think life is about 12 years . Some even less .

It sounds like the same story the Lawyer tried to give about the guy who rammed his girlfriends car in the path of the train. He was a good person and used bad judgement
barf.gif
That guy should be tied to a pole in the middle of the same railroad tracks and given a lot of time to watch the train approach and run him into the ground... I have no sympathy for these losers. They deserve the same fate they dealt their victims ten fold...

Well, I know that the vast majority of people in the U.S. are good, decent human beings. And, I try to keep an eye out for the ones that aren't, so they don't endanger me, my family or my friends.

Isn't it fascinating that people think that firearms are the problem? The problem is that we are a large country, with around 280 million people, and a distinct minority of them are moral and social degenerates (encouraged, in no small measure, by bankrupt public policy). Thus, we will occasionally hear of their foul deeds.

Whether those disgusting examples of humanity are our neighbors, co-workers, passersby, or occupy positions of governmental power, we must always retain the ability to counter their evil with the requisite force.

It is that simple, timeless fact that will always underlie the RKBA. Evil exists, and good people must always be able to defeat it.

May this poor boy rest in peace.

Just about the time you think you've seen how low a human being can sink, some POS comes along to prove you wrong. It sure does get to be a tiresome experience. :(

As a father of three, I can't fathom a parent doing something like that, why did she have to kill him? She could'nt leave him in a dumpster or in some alley?
Where someone could find him? When I get home I am going to hold my kids, I don't do enough of that as it is.

I would never imagned someone could be so self-centered, as to just toss there own kid to it death, I hope she burns in hell for this

I am the father of a 1 year old baby boy. He was born 2 1/2 months premature at 2 lbs 1.5 oz. He spent two months in neonatal intensive care and is still on an apnea monitor today. I have been through more pain and pressure in the last year than most people can imagine. Try to find a babysitter for a baby that takes an hour or so to feed because he doesn't like to eat. I have absolutely no sympathy for this woman. She can fry in hell for all I care.

Reminds me of Susan Smith, and what she did to her 2 little boys a few years back...
Just killing the POS is too easy and too quick...

That mother should be deleted. Some people shouldn't be parents, and some people just shouldn't be....

But it didn't start with that pitiful excuse of a person. MY bet is the parenting she received growing up was of a similiar nature to that she displayed, maybe her mother did find a sitter.

An awful lot of the pain in this world can be traced to some people failing to recognise the fact that....

Parenting is Priority #1, 24/7/365.

And when someone has a baby, it's not their life anymore, it's the child's.

When that happens, you get a Daumer, a Manson, or some other Toxic Monster.....

I work every day with kids who had monsters almost that bad for parents. My kids have been beaten, raped, burned with cigarettes, abandoned, tormented, and basically ruined -- by their own parents.

The liberals would say I am being classist or elitist or whatever, but I contend that their should be a MANDATORY TEST for people who want to have children. You don't pass, you don't reproduce. Mandatory birth control until then. You somehow buck the system and have a child anyway? Thanks, we'll just take that baby -- permanently. No court case, no "parenting classes," end of story.

Things like this seriously upset me. If she is responsible, she should lose her life.

Do they have the death penalty where she is being tried?

I am in favor of public hanging. Not only does everyone get to see the result of her actions but there is a little humiliation in her final moments.

beemerb,

You and I are in complete agreement.

duck hunt,

I'm with you on this. Logistical nightmare, though.

It took us 3 times to finally have a full-term pregnancy. The pain we felt after losing the first 2, one after 5 months, was really tough. But my son is gonna turn 2 in September and even though they can push you to your limits, a thought like that never goes through your my mind.

I agree with MissleCop, What the hell is wrong with these people.

:(

Makes me want to hold my 4 year old something ferocious, that's it, I'm taking him out of preschool today and taking the rest of the day off. We are gonna go get an ice cream or something. (wiping tears outta my keyboard)

Later guys..... think about doing the same!
