9mm semi-auto suggestions

Meat, it appears you are searching, searching, searching for that perfect 9MM, and your searching has been in vain.

Not to worry....it isn't the guns but the caliber which is the problem!

Repeat after me: .45ACP, .45ACP, .45ACP......

:p

Sorry to hear about the CZ being a dissappointment. Love mine and I'm thinking about a compact or the other small version, PCR I believe its called. Guess I would then vote for the 1911 followed by a SIG all things considered.

Can't help but read all these suggestions and think that in spite of KB's and cracked polymer frames and all the rest of the problems we run across on these forums .... there are still lots of good options out there and if you can't find something that suits you ,you gotta be from Mars and nothing gonna fit those reptile fingers!!!

Read back over the list a try to find something that hasn't been recommended except mayby the Taurus poly guns.

Good luck,

Beretta

I will suggest Beretta to you. They stand up to torture fairly well from what I've seen. You can shoot and shoot and shoot and shoot and it'll just keep on tickin'.
If the full size 92FS is too big for your hand, you may want to try the compact version. It should fit you just fine.

Plus, Beretta has great Customer Service and spare parts and accessories are a dime a dozen.

This will go over like a lead balloon but I really like the Smith and Wesson 3913/3953. Mention SW autos and you will get mixed reviews but everybody loves the 3913/3953. My 3953 is a CCW weapon owner's dream.

If you like the feel and size of the CZ-75B, try the SIG P226. Standard capacity mags are plentiful and Mec-Gar makes a 17-rounder that works well.

Be prepared to own the most dependable, versatile and accurate 9mmP combat pistol in the marketplace...it'll spoil you and anything else will seem second-rate.

No, I'm not kidding...
