9mm chokes on hollow points

I don't think the 1911 platform was ever designed to shoot the 9x19 tapered cartridge in the first place. That why there is a 9x19 double stack Browning Hi Power. Just put (9) rounds of 9x19 on a table and push them together and you will see them form an arc. This does not happen with straight walled ammo like .45 and 9x17.
