$75 and to get my foot in the door

Now Im interested in shooting.

I called a range and I will be going in hopefully on saturday for a lesson. $75 gives you a safety course on handguns (revolvers and semiautos). Includes range time with an instructor...

It's too bad not everyone takes such a systematic approach to learning to handle and shoot firearms.

I just understand 1 bad choice can ruin such a gift that we have (able to own and fire guns!). I hope eventually I feel comfortable enough to use firearms as a mean of protection, and possible on-person carry in the future.

Untill then, time to learn right and have some fun!

I cant wait till Wednesday. Shooting a 9mm and Probably a .22 or .38 revolver.
