The two biggest problems that most experience are: sizing and cartridge length. Undersizing and lubing can be the biggest stumbling block for many.
I've not seen anyone mention caster oil or STP as lubricants, both work great, along with many other lubes.
Oversizing brass chambers easily, but may lead to reduced case life.
284 is a bit harder to reform than to resize 7.5,but not much more. I've used it many years with no problems. Maybe I'm missing something, but reformed 284 to 7.5 cases are loaded like anyother 7.5 case. Everyone should rework up when changing componets, right. Many years ago 284, Norma, Berdan primpers, or make your own brass were the only options.
It seems a number of people dont try to cycle the reloads through their actons to comfirm function before getting to the firing line. Best-of-luck-Yall
