Interesting thread. I was actually just kicking the idea around of a 6.5×68ai. I weighed the pros and cons and now im thinking if im going that overbore why not just go all the way and then some with a 6.5x74 h&h ai. Sure would be something, coal is a forseeable issue.
Sry for rambling there. A 6.5 wsm makes sense to me. The .270 wsm might have put the skids to the 6.5s creation but you would think the more cartridges they adopt based on the same design would be better for bussiness overall.
