50 bmg pistol?

I did see a Single shot when in the army. That was in the 50's. They said it was found in Korea and made by the North Koreans. Handled it and it wasn't very heavy. No one had ever fired it. Think they were afraid to.
 
There is a guy with a .50 BMG pistol for sale at the OGCA shows every so often.

I'm positive it is the same pistol each time. I think it just gets brought in as a conversation piece. I can't recall a price on the thing.

You should try a .50BMG derringer. It's for when you have 2 bad guys to kill and only one shot. Just wait for one in front of you and one behind. The bullet hits the guy in front and the gun recoils fast enough to kill the guy behind you ! :eek:

Triple Action, LLC, the builder of the Thunder, went belly-up. The pistol has not been seen since. (Though, you'll see many claims of people "knowing a guy that has one", and only ONE prototype was made.)
