.460 Rowland vs 10mm Auto

Let's say I got myself a Glock 21. I can convert it into a 10mm and I can convert it to a .460 Rowland. Is there a way I can convert a Glock 21 to 9x25 Dillon? I don't see why I couldn't seeing as the 9x25 is a necked down 10mm...
 
It might destroy the brass. I ran a 21 with just a 10mm barrel and mags and it destroyed my 10mm brass. Came across a gen 2 g-20 and my 10mm brass life was immediately extended.

Don't remember if someone makes a 21 to 9x25 Dillon conversion barrel.
