44 Mag Target Load

For a light practice load I use 6.0 Bullseye under a Lyman 429215 with a std primer,makes an easy to shoot and quite accurate load. at 900fps it is still plenty powerful enough for personal defense too. 'bout like shooting a .22 compared to full power loads.

Sorry I can't help with AA7 loads.

Don't let anyone talk you out of prepping your brass properly, uniform length gives uniform crimp.
 
I've never used AA7 but have a great load for the exact same pistol. I use 7.6 gr of Unique with a 240 gr hard cast SWC. In my 6" gun, it will do about 800fps with very little recoil. The brass is mostly WW trimmed to minimum.
