Why haven't I sent it back? I've given it a fair chance. I've run a few hundred rounds through it, gotten used to the hammer fired trigger pull, learned wow to hold it, draw it, fire it,and given it a long, careful break in period.just last night, while cleaning it, I disassembled the magazines and the hold open is working.
Now, all my ducks are lined up, and I'm going to send it in.
It's going to cost them maybe $100 to examine and tune it, ship it, or whatever. I don't put a burden like that on any company without first doing what I can to make it work on my own.
After all of those rounds, I have come to like the little guy, but reliable functioning is the first quality a person should look for in an sd pistol. Nothing matters as much as being able to draw and fire and at least being able to wound an assailant. If a handgun meant for rapists, muggers, carjackers and the like fails maybe once in 100 rounds on a controlled range, that's significant risk.
I have done well with it. Drawing and running the magazine at thirty feet gives me groups. Of about 6-8 inches in center timed at about three. . you can't ask for better performance. But without the reliability to feed and fire every round, compact performance isn't enough
