I have two .357s and they are both in my survival bags. Reliable and big enuf to get the job done in almost any situation. You can't go wrong with a quality .357 like the S&W 686

My CCW gun is a Ruger SP101 with a 2.25" barrel in .357 Magnum. I also have a Ruger GP100 in .357 magnum. For Christmas I just picked up a S&W Model 327 TRR8. I shoot about 100 rounds a weekend of .357 Magnum rounds. It is a joy to shoot a .357 Magnum.

Let me guess.

Is it...

Oh I don't know...

45 colt?

Wow! This turned into a gorgeous picture thread. I hope it does not slow down, I might even dig a few of my pics up. I too love the 357/38. I have often said if I could only keep one it would be my 2" SP101. The versatility is nice. This thread just made me realize though that I am 38 heavy. Only one 357 in the stable but 5 38's, maybe I need to buy a couple more 357's. Some of those mode 66's and single actions are looking very tempting!
