A thrown baseball likely has more energy than either of those.

A 5 ounce baseball thrown at 90 mph has almost 115 joules of kinetic energy.

A 230 grain bullet flying at 850 fps has about 500 joules of kinetic energy.

I think they are both good loads. No one here would jump in front of either one. And, Marryanne, hands down.
 
I demand to know the relationship between Super-Dave,Super Dave 71, and Super Dave Osbourne. What happens when they all hit a brick wall? Does one outperform the other?

This could very well replace my current sig hilarious.
