.357 Magnum for home defence?

As bad as the blast is to shooter from typical 125 gr .357 Magnum ammo, it's far worse on the other side of the muzzle. I like to think of the Magnum's roar as a friendly little reminder to the bad guy that it's time to fall to the ground and cry like a little girl.

for home defense might consider a 410 shotguns. It will not go thru several neighbors house walls as will a 38, 45, 357. 410 has good pattern for close up. One blast will cover larger area then pistol round and, as said, not go through your neighbors walls like a pistol round...................
