Did you say "Air Rifle" or mean a .22 rimfire trainer?
I've never heard of a .22 air rifle conversion before, but it is an Enfield so I never say never!
Pictures would be a huge help here as I can't even figure out HOW you'd do the conversion.

I'm not sure what the problem is with pellets either, what's special about these that it cant use regular old airgun pellets?

Wow, no airsoft or BB guns? Dude that sucks. How do you kill milk jugs over there?

I am very interested in seeing pictures as well. If it is, in fact, an airgun, then you can order 22 caliber pellets at numerous places around the internet.

EDIT: The 17 caliber version of these shoot best in my break-action air rifle:

A number of these conversions were done under the Saxby & Palmer system.
The government, unhappy about this, moved to make them registerable on the same basis as cartridge firearms, which removed any economic reason for doing them.

Smarty - As you're from GB, if you've already aquired it, it must be legal, or AFAIK you shouldn't have been allowed to aquire it. .

As posted - if it's .22 cal, IDK why any .22 cal pelgun pellet, available worldwide, shouldn't work.
