Gosh I wish we had some dumb pesky rodents to shoot at here. I can only eat so much rabbit and I feel bad leaving them behind if I shoot them. Someone should transplant some groundhogs to AZ.

Lol, I do! They're a little more Wiley than a groundhog, though. Most of the time they're running at me or away from me.

Around here we leave the woodchucks after we shoot them, but you return the next day and the carcass is gone with redfox or yote tracks not hard to find. We see it as ensuring we have healthy predators to hunt and trap this winter
