22lr plinkers

I much prefer a .22 autoloader to a revolver.

They are easier to shoot well, hold and carry.

I have shot a Colt Woodsman all of my life and got a .22 Kit gun a few years ago and I don't like it in any way.


I agree. I have three Ruger MK II's, a CZ Kadet, and a Beretta 87. I shoot them all quite a bit, and carry some of them on hikes.

That being said if I found a S&W 617 at a decent price, I would jump on it.
 
My Taurus, revolver model 94 , is a pretty good shooter. Single action is great, double action is OK. QUESTION, I recently saw a Bersa 22 semi-automatic. Has anyone tried them. I had a Bersa 380 that was a "champ", a little larger than my Walther but actually MUCH easier to shoot and just as accurate. If the .22 is any good I may try it. It was reasonably priced at $349.
