Here's my fav, and most used plinker; Colt Woodsman, 1939 vintage.
Next, my first cartridge handgun, acquired back when us 16 year olds could have stuff like this. Ruger single six I think from the sixties. Three screw, fixed sight, convertable 22LR/22Mag. I couldn't venture to guess how many rounds I've put through this old friend.
Last and -- least, the Jennings Shooting System. Always a challenge to shoot and keep running. I'll stick it in my pocket when squirrel shooting, and pull it out for the super close ones. It surprisingly shoots where you aim it, and I've killed several with it, sometimes blessedly with witnesses.
When I consider how much pleasure these handguns have brought to my life, and how little they cost (Ruger $65 in 1970, Woodsman $100 in 1992, and Jennings $60 in about 2005), it seems crazy how much I've spent on other guns.
