get yourself this cheap little kit from harbor freight https://www.harborfreight.com/screw-extractor-set-12-pc-61981.html drill and use the smallest one first and work your way up. take your time and go slow as to not mess anything up. this would be the best solution to take the screw out without causing further damage.

Lotta times, a drop or two of Kroil will cause a screw or bolt or nut to become loose.

Sprinkle some on the screw so that it can work its way into the threads and let sit over night.
