1911 magazines

Springfield Armory Metalform's.Neither of my .45 Springfield's would run on 8 rnd Wilson 47D's,but they worked fine in my Para LTC.

I bought some 10 rounder Chip Mccormicks cheaper than my 8 round Wilson Combat.

Been very pleased with the CMs. I drop them all the time in the dirt when I run through mag change drills and the disassembly and reassembly is easy to keep up on.

i generally have bought Chip McCormik (Sp?) and have yet to have a failure with them. i have a single Mecgar, and a pair of wilsons that have the same reliability. in fact the only failure i ever had with my 1911's was once i had a GI mag base plate seperate and dump the contents all over.

Chip McCormick Power 8, Borders...

I picked up a few printed gun magazines from a Borders going under in my metro area and saw a ad for the Power 8 .45acp magazine.
The 1911a1 series magazines had a lot to offer but I'd still endorse the Wilson Combat .45acp stainless magazines.
