B Bonden Inactive Oct 22, 2015 #1 Does anyone know how to uncock this rifle without dry firing it? With my 1895 Chilean, you can push the bolt forward while lightly pressing the trigger to uncock it. Easy. But this doesn't work with the Argentine. What am I missing here?

W Wyosmith New member Oct 22, 2015 #2 Nothing. They are designed to prevent pulling the trigger until the action is fully closed.
B Bonden Inactive Dec 10, 2015 #4 Well this turned out to be totally false. It decocks the same way as my Chilean. I just had to use a little force to turn the bolt.
