14" Norinco HP9-1 range report

How well does the Insight M3 mount and TLR-1 light stand up to the recoil?

After 100 rounds of 7 1/2's, 30 slugs and 20 OO buck, the mount and TLR-1 seem fine.

My hand is slipping forward on the forend so that after the 3rd or 4th rapid shot, I am pinching my hand on the light. I will try moving the light to the starboard side of the shotgun by rotating the mount to see if my hand clears better.

You dont say...the hoops and loopholes are all goofballed. We need to completely get rid of our gun laws ans start with something rational.

Speaking of Canadian gun laws, is it legal to take the five-shot pin out of the magazine on my SKS and make it a ten shot like it should be?

No, that would be illegal according to Bill C-68. Semi-auto centrefire rifles are restricted to 5 shot capacity.
