Guys,

I spied a M57 for $160 at a pawn shop.

Tight, good condition. crest on slide, and the safety looks well designed.

But I hear the mags are hard to find.

Does anyone know where to find them.

I haven't bought the gun yet but if I can find factory mags I'd get it.

CDNN has this Norinco 9 shot mag but I'm not sure it fits.

BTW, I say go for it! You'll come up with a couple decent mags somehow. It's WAY worth the hassle IMHO.

BTW, I've done that (CZ52) mag mod linked above... It's quite easy with a dremel and works fine.

HAH! I have some of those (never owed a 52 but I got the mags real cheep.)

Hmmm. Gotta go by that place tomorrow and nab it!
