There have been a few SAWs and other pieces of equipment lost. Mostly from destroyed vehicles. His buddy there seems to have a 203.
 
Religious fanatics normally don't have much common sense. These things ( zarqawi and his henchmen) obviously don't have any skills either. Taking away the credibility or giving others the benefit of looking down on your enemy is a very powerful weapon.

We haven't handled the matter with these islamofascists abominations correctly and it shows by the fact that this Zarqawi ever had any sway, a fat little dumpling with a bad attitude.
 
It does basicly show that he acts like a mad man hiding in a cave with his army, yet really he lives in town and drives out to the middle of no where to do photo shoots. Heck a bit of video editing and he could be in his house for the whole thing.
Same with osama, he is likely just in some town and blends in, anyone with half a brain knows that they can be seen from an aircraft in the middle of no where, but in a town he would just look like every other 50-60 year old guy in the area.

Kinda ruins the image if they are without hardships. Half the time I think thats the goal in places like iraq, to see who can look the most beat up and go through the worst life.
 
It does show his aides arent too good with guns but hes the leader of al qaeda in iraq so he must be doing something right. I'm glad fatty got his gun jammed though.

So even one of the best LMG's in the world also has its bad days.:o

Also, the image of our enemy holding US small arms is sort of dramatic. Once, those weapons were used by living US troops....
 
Wow where do I start here. Either some US soldier died for that SAW or somehow they were able to purchase it. I'm actually more worried if somehow he was able to purchase it. Some US supply guy is selling GI issue to the enemy??? Heck, if Al-Qaeda can get their hands on a few US uniforms and weapons, and dress their guys up to look like US military, they could do a lot of damage.

they had enough sense to come up with a plan and had the patience to crash three planes in the World trade Center.
 
I'm more concerned about how they're getting ammo for it. Not exactly Iraqi or Russian issue stuff.

More likely from destroyed American vehicles or convoys.

Zarqawi won't be getting the chance to improve his gun handling skills in federal prison.:D I guess his shooting days are over. Now if we can just "Predator" his buds that are still out and about...
