Yugo SKS question.

What's the twist rate on the yugo SKS? Iv searched everywhere. Is it 10:1?

Are there ID numbers somewhere on the gun? Not the importer stuff.

I'd look myself at the gun but I don't get it until the 23rd.

Oh yea, I've learned one helluva lot of stuff on this site.

Oh nice, is it really? I wanted to buy a Russian sks, but I got a yugo for now.

Not sure it makes a difference almost all ammo for the SKS is 123 grain SP or FMJ. Might be nice to know, but unless you handload it really won't make a big difference.

While the Russians are worth more, I like the Yugo's better with the granade lancher and baoynet.
