Yugo Mauser prices?

I am shopping for one now, and pricing around. To get it right, all of these companies are selling the same thing, right? I cannot figure out why various distributors are selling the same thing from reasonable to the outrageous. One well known distributor wants a tad over $400 for one, AIM surplus has the best prices right now for one more week, about $109. And then there is everything in between these two prices.
It seems all ads read the same: Yugo Mauser, sat in an arsenal, comes with all the trimmings, SNs match, ad nauseum.
Help?

My M-48 from Aim was "unissued military new" at $159.00. Wholsale guns & ammo(631-234-7676) is advertising the same thing at $159.99 with free shipping.I would go for something that is described as unissued. :)

Note that there are two models of Yugo Mausers typically offered. The M-48 and the M-24/47 (not to be confused with the Czech VZ 24).

The M-24/47 were originally manufactured by FN before the War (WW II), were used to varying degrees, and were arsenal refinished by the Communists after the war. Some of these will have brand new barrels. The M-48s were manufactured after the war, and many of these are unused. The M-48 has the "cup" style buttplate, bent bolt handle, and rear sling hole in the stock. The M-24/47 has a flat buttplate, straight bolt handle and sling swivels on the lower part of the stock (not two sets of sling swivels like on the CZ model).
