Yugo M48 Mauser stock, standard or different?

I've heard it mentioned several times that the Yugo m48 mauser has a shorter action then normal large ring Mausers. I would like to get a replacement stock for my M48 when I get (preferribly a modern synthetic style), but i cant figure out what stock it needs. Can anyone help me out?

Have you checked http://www.midwayusa.com for replacement stocks? They have tons of them. I think a bunch are on sale right now. Don't worry about the intermediate-length action. Any of the drop-in sporter stocks for a 98 model Mauser should suffice. For some models of drop-in stocks, you will need to rasp in your own slot for the bolt handle, but that shouldn't be too tough.
