Californians: remember that while we don't elect our Supremes to the bench, they need our votes to remain there. Vote the scallywags out!
 
I thought it was a true statement, but it's my understanding that CA can still be held to the Constitution :).
 
The judge meant that the CALIFORNIA constitution contains no protections similar to the Second Amendment, not that the Second is inoperable in California.
