Youth stock results........

As was suggested here I simply too the hacksaw to the stock ( Synthetic.). Then I trimmed the but pad off and reinstalled it. It doesn't look perfect but it it'll pass.

And when we went to the range yesterday the results were significant. She went from frustrated to hitting about 70%, more than that of you count the ones she got with the second shot. We both feel better about it.

Just hope the pheasents like it!
 
I hope the birds don't like it... If they like it they usually crap on yer head as they fly over laughing their feathered butt off at you...

I should have read that a bit more carefully.......I stand corrected.

One thing about a cheep Mossberg is that if you bugger it up some, so long as it continues to shoot good, you just don't care.

AMEN!!! And you can literally use it as a boat paddle or to push the boat off the bank without batting an eye... Lets see some fella do that with his "gentlemen's" gun:D

Those of us with "Gentlemen's Guns" would obviously have someone to DO that while we rested comfortably under cover; OR we would actually use the stupid boat paddle.......:D:p;)
 
Yeah I reckon yer right OOL...
But then again I have seen the paddle get overboard and I ain't about to stick my precious booger hooks into 38 degree water.

Good Work! Shotgun fit makes a world of difference. For smaller statured shooters using pumpguns, the longest available forearm often helps as well since the support hand doesn't have to reach as far forward. And reducing weight forward of the support hand helps too- no magazine extensions etc. out there.

At least, that's what my wife says...
