Your trophy harvest

I know this site is mainly for rifles,
but i was hoping maybe if anyone has pictures of their trophy animals, "the ones most proud of". Along the lines of deer, elk, bear, or any other big game. That they might put em up for everyone to appreciate.
perhaps even post the picture of the rifle you took the animal with.
just a thought,

-thanks :D

While not a taxidermy type guy, I have boiled a few hogs but never took much pics. Most of my stuff is of caught hogs tied on the dog box and a few pics of a head before it was boiled... I'll look for those if you want to see some of them... BTW... No guns in the hog pics as they are dog caught and we don't need no stinkin' guns fer that:D

Maybe not what you were asking for but most of these were caught with just me and the wife on the boat............. I think I'm more impressed that a girl would enjoy it as much as I do than I am by the magnificant animals.

The only mule deer I've mounted 2006 CO plains rifle season. Not my best but mom threw out my best rack while I was in the Army living in Italy and NC from 92-96.

The only pronghorn I've ever kept, not the biggest horns but the widest out of any I've ever shot.

I love the moose pic! The way you're holding it makes it look like you're getting ready to drag it out of there! Also it don't look like there was much meat wasted with the bears!! :D

It does look like we were going to try, HA. It's funny you meantioned the meat, we had a Bison farmer drive a four wheel drive tractor across the 500 yard feild and pick it up with the front bucket and chain he used for the Bison. He carried it across the feild like that and lowered it down in our truck, neatest job on a Moose I have ever seen with the Moose draging all the way accross the feild. I got all that on tape but have not shared that with many to date. Those folks in Alberta are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting while hunting. Had a different farmer plow a path that we could drive on across his feild 800 yards so we could get to a deer behind his farm.

I was easy to please in 1934 - "trophies" taken with the .22 single shot rifle I got for my 6th birthday in 1932 -
