If you're using Internet Explorer:
- right-click on the picture and choose "Save picture as"
- In the box which appears, decide where you want the picture stored. (I usually choose "Desktop" so I can't lose it! )
Write your e-mail normally and follow the e-mail's instructions for "attachments".
