A fellow suppressor owner has one and it does a good job. IIRC he had it on a 9mm M&P. Not as quiet as my 22/45 and TAC-62, but still hearing safe. The recoil booster seems to be a little more powerful than needed, but we were shooting full power 115 grain ammo and I'm inexperienced with boostered cans. All I can say is that I thought it was a good hearing safe performer.
I'm planning on getting a Cobra M2 in .45 caliber later this year. The ability to take it apart makes shootings cast bullets a non-issue. Unlike a sealed can.
