Yet another poll

I have voted. The "I don't think it is a good idea" side is ahead at this point.

I noticed that 77% of the people responding thought that jury nullification of bad gun laws (prior question) was some thing that would hurt the legal system. Myself, I can not help but think that jury nullification of any bad law is a GREAT idea. Can you see the looks on the faces of the IRS if the jury decided that they defendant was not guilty of income tax evasion because the damned law was invalid.

I noticed the last poll results as well. Made me sick, but most people simply aren't aware of jury nullification.
