Xtrema2 vs Benelli M4

I am planning to purchase either one. In terms of

1. reliability
2. recoil reduction
3. durability
4. ease of maintenance

which would you choose?

4. ease of maintenance - M4, but not much of a difference

I chose the Xtrema 2 w/ KO for myself. However, you forgot the most important factor - personal fit and feel. Mount each one to your shoulder at your local gun shop. Choose which ever fits and feels the best. I don't think you'll be disappointed with either choice.

dairyland: Thanks! I would check for both fit and feel as soon as the xtrema is available in the gunshop.

Seems like the KO makes most of the difference in recoil reduction. How would both guns compare without the KO? How does the other recoil reduction features of the xtrema stand up against the benelli?
