Some lessons about registration. Only people who want you to be registered a: hate you and b: want to f**k you more later by knowing where you live.
Thing is, Xavier didn't fight the registration directly, and seemed indifferent as to whether or not it passed. When confronted with "it they register you they'll eventually come to the door for you" to which Xavier said something like "whoever does will THEN be very very sorry".
