This is quite the hoot. Saw it in the NY Times this morning:

It is a blog that discusses how superpowers would interact with the law. So would your secret identity be covered by privacy etc. So I followed the link.
In the blog, it discusses whether various powers that project energy, batarangs, etc. are protected by the 2nd. The conclusions disucss Heller and McDonald. Would you need a CHL for a power ring?

Thus, would Green Lantern have to take the TX CHL test if he were based in Dallas? Is a power ring and AOW.
